Born Anxious is a homegrown clothing label with two objectives, to make the clothes as comfortable as possible, whilst also remaining planet friendly, and to hold important information that will aim to help not only the child, but also the caregiver as well when required. As an autism mum myself, I have thought about what could help me and other caregivers whilst trying to be as generic as possible within the designs, alongside giving those the opportunity to personalise their products as well.
1. Email hello@bornanxious.co.uk regarding the issue and as to whether it is an exchange or refund required. Please be as descriptive as possible.
2. Post the item back to us. All items must be sent to us within 30 days (terms apply*).
3. On receipt of the item(s) an exchange order will be processed or a refund applied. You will receive notification of this.
Please note, exchanges are subject to current stock/sizes being available. We will advise on receipt of your initial email as to any potential fulfilment issues.
Refunds will be issued within 5 working days and go back onto the same payment method used to pay for the original items.

All returns must be sent to us within 30 days, in their original condition together with the original packaging. Returns after this period may be sent back to you and a request to cover the additional delivery costs.
Please be ultra careful when trying on items. We closely inspect returns for marks, damages and odours. All exchange items are expected to be returned in a saleable condition. Care should also be taken when returning damaged items to ensure only the damage is apparent and the item is unaffected in any other way.
It is advisable to return your item(s) with proof of postage, just in case anything should happen to the parcel during transit.
