Born Anxious is a homegrown clothing label with two objectives, to make the clothes as comfortable as possible, whilst also remaining planet friendly, and to hold important information that will aim to help not only the child, but also the caregiver as well when required. As an autism mum myself, I have thought about what could help me and other caregivers whilst trying to be as generic as possible within the designs, alongside giving those the opportunity to personalise their products as well.
The Born Anxious journey has continued at pace during 2021. We have continued on our mission to build awareness of invisible disabilities and create a more tolerant and inclusive world to live in. We have been lucky to have connected and in some cases collaborated, with others who share this drive and this has enabled us to gain global recognition.
Along the way we have been invited to support community projects, appear on radio, attend fashion shows (and shoots) and be featured in the media,
On Saturday 26 June we took part in a fashion show for ChabsUK We took to the catwalk showing our designs and also Oliver Jude and One.Tuff.Muvva.
The models outshone all my expectations, I’m so proud of them all.
Official Traceyleigh Photography recorded the entire show we can’t wait to share with you soon.

Two years on the trot! Thank you everyone who nominated me. Fingers crossed for this year.
A busy month in May led to Born Anxious featuring in Inside Kent. Can you spot the Harvey Price t-shirt? Of course you can!
We also featured in Kent Life’s Charity feature which was really cool.
We have had some great exposure in the national media since launching the Official Harvey Price Collection in March. We are very proud of this collaboration and you can read more about it here
The collection will be added to over the next few months and is already very popular.

Many of you will have seen that we have Abbie’s Squad backpacks and you may have read our dedicated collaboration page . Well… before the collaboration, at the start of 2021, our Be a nice human sweatshirt was worn on one of their Vlogs, and given a shout out, and the website went crazy busy.
A great kickstart to the year.
